Loughrigg Lodge is a new 2 bedroomed log cabin, providing spacious and comfortable self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 people. It is located within Limefitt Park which has a pub, a shop, adventure playground, football field, a river pool, and access directly onto the fells.
Loughrigg Lodge has full central heating and double glazing to ensure that the lodge is cosy and welcoming whatever the weather. There is an extensive deck, with views over Wansfell to the East, Applethwaite Common to the West and the Troutbeck Fells to the North.
Loughrigg Lodge is perfectly placed for a tranquil holiday whilst being close enough to the major visitor centres for those who want to take some time to explore the Lake District.
Lounge / Dining Room
The lodge comes with an open plan lounge and dining kitchen. Which comes with a feature fireplace. There are comfortable twin sofas, an oak coffee table, an oak dining table and 4 leather chairs. There is also 26” LCD TV – DVD player – CD Player. A selection of games and books is provided.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, George Foreman grill, toaster & kettle.
Twin Bedroom
The lodge has two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, leading to an ensuite shower room with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin, plus one twin room (as shown) with two full sized single beds, fitted wardrobe and cupboards. In addition to the ensuite there is a main bathroom with a luxury corner bath, toilet and hand basin.
Verandah
The outside of the lodge accommodation has decking to two sides, with access from the lounge. The lodge has its own garden furniture for enjoying the late evenings. Plus there is parking space for two cars alongside the lodge.
