It is located within Limefitt Park which has a pub, a shop, adventure playground, football field, a river pool, and access directly onto the fells.

Loughrigg Lodge has full central heating and double glazing to ensure that the lodge is cosy and welcoming whatever the weather. There is an extensive deck, with views over Wansfell to the East, Applethwaite Common to the West and the Troutbeck Fells to the North.

Loughrigg Lodge is perfectly placed for a tranquil holiday whilst being close enough to the major visitor centres for those who want to take some time to explore the Lake District.

The Hillcroft Holiday Park is located within the splendid surroundings of Ullswater Lake, on the eastern edge of the Lake District, near Pooley Bridge. The lodge itself, known as the Hillcroft Lodge, is nestled on a four star holiday park and provides on site facilities such as, a children’s play area, a shop and wi-fi, at an additional cost. The lodge accommodation is modern and spacious and suitable for a small family of four. There is an ensuite shower for the master bedroom and a separate family bathroom. The usual amenities such as TV/DVD, kitchen with microwave and bed linen and duvets are all included as standard.

The location of the Hilcroft Lodge makes it a great base for exploring the surrounding areas of the Lake District. Visitors can enjoy walking, cycling or fishing only a stone’s throw from the holiday park. The beautiful surroundings of the Lake District make this holiday lodge a terrific choice for both families and couples.

The Brockwood Hall lodges in Cumbria are a great selection of lodges offering modern and spacious accommodation. The log cabins are located in Whicham Valley which is East of the Lake District and south of Whitehaven. There are five lodges available, catering for four, six or eight people. All the lodges come equipped with the latest mod cons with some offering a separate sauna and private balconies.

The lodges surroundings offer spectacular scenery and a peaceful woodland surrounding. Enjoy walking, cycling and the local wildlife while nestled in this woodland retreat. The nearest town is Millom which offers a selection of local shops and amenities.
