The Wayside Lodges in Chittoe Heath, Wiltshire are very picturesque holiday lodges which offer views over 14 acres of beautiful untouched countryside showing you a real gem of English countryside including beautiful paddocks and woodland areas which are perfect for lazy walks during the day. Hunters Moon is a beautiful lodge site in Wiltshire that boasts the perfect setting for nature lovers who want a holiday lodge were they can fish, walk and cycle in a beautiful natural surrounding. The main part of the site has a bar and restaurant and you’ll also find information on visiting the local areas such as Stonehenge and the town of Bath- as well as many of the quaint little surrounding villages, you can even go fishing in the lakes.
There are four lodges on the site and although children are welcome it’d advised that this lodge site is more suited to older children. Beaver Lodge and Magpie Lodge are perfect for families because they sleep four people with a double bed and either a twin bed (Magpie) or a set of bunk beds (Beaver). For those who want a quiet getaway for two, the Otter lodge is perfect and is a cosy little lodge with one double bed. All the holiday lodges here have freeview TV and your electricity is operated by a coin meter.
