Log Cabin Lodge Fine Dining
The initial reaction to a holiday, vacation or overnight stay in a log cabin lodge might be a sense that you will be, ‘roughing it.’ That isn’t necessarily true. Many log cabin lodges offer luxury accommodation with all the amenities you expect, including very fine dining. While room service might be a little harder to find it isn’t impossible and most lodges if requested, will provide a special meal to the log cabin lodge even if it isn’t part of the regular service.
Other log cabin lodges have special events which include a fine dining experience. Mothers’ and Fathers’ days are perfect examples of when log cabin lodge management will open the doors to the public for a special meal. Log cabin lodges are also particular favourites as a wedding venue or some other special invitation-only event like an anniversary. They offer the distinct advantage of event facilities coupled with the intimacy afforded by individual lodges within a complex. In that way every patron has the privacy and intimacy they desire while participating in an event.
This is why log cabin lodges are also booked by companies for team building exercises or small conferences. Co-workers need to be close enough to engage but with enough personal space to feel comfortable. Log cabin lodges are the perfect venue for small family groups and also for large company groups or reunions, often catering for up to two or three hundred people.
For events which are necessarily out of the public eye; an important but commercially sensitive business deal, a classified government meeting or for groups that need privacy like Al Anon, log cabin lodges are perfect. The often remote locations and setting of most log cabin lodges lends a sense of privacy in a relaxed ambiance. Even those lodges which are located close to the city are usually set amid some bushland and on substantial acreage. Those without large kitchen facilities will undoubtedly be pleased to organise a caterer.
